• municipal trash pickup day and approximate time
• trash and recycling cart counts
• bin storage location

• an optional bin-location photo

• service history
• notification preferences

• technical information reasonably necessary to operate and security-monitor the website

2. Google Maps and Address Autocomplete

When you use address suggestions during signup, the address text you type is processed through Google Maps Platform / Places functionality in order to return address suggestions.

Google operates those systems; ReadyBinService does not own or control them.

3. How Information Is Used

We use the information we collect to:

• determine service eligibility;
• establish and manage your account;
• provide rollout and return services;
• locate your carts;
• contact you about your service;
• manage schedules;
• provide customer support;
• improve reliability and security;
• comply with legal obligations.

ReadyBinService does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:

• service providers supporting the application and business;
• payment providers, when payment is enabled;
• communication providers, when email or SMS is enabled;

• a business successor in a merger, acquisition, or transfer, if applicable.

5. Payment Information

When online payments are enabled, payment-card processing will be handled by the selected payment processor. ReadyBinService does not store full payment-card numbers.

6. Photos and Access Instructions

Bin-location photos and access instructions are operational information intended to help our personnel locate and access your carts.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• providing the service;
• maintaining required business records;
• resolving disputes;
• satisfying legal obligations.

8. Security

ReadyBinService uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Where applicable law provides rights to access, correct, delete, or otherwise control personal information, ReadyBinService will respond as required by that law.

10. Marketing

Consent given to create a service account is not treated as consent for unrelated promotional SMS or email.

If promotional email or SMS is added later, appropriate opt-in and opt-out controls will be used.

11. Children

ReadyBinService is not intended for children under 18 to independently create service accounts.
