Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

These Terms of Service explain how ReadyBinService works and what you and we each agree to. Please read them before signing up.

1. About ReadyBinService

ReadyBinService is a residential trash-cart set-out and return service. We move your eligible municipal trash and recycling carts from your agreed storage location to the curb on your scheduled ReadyBin service day, and return the carts to their storage location after collection on that day.

ReadyBinService does not collect, haul, transport, or dispose of waste. Collection is performed by the city, district, municipality, or contracted/private hauler already serving the property, not by ReadyBinService. ReadyBinService is not affiliated with those collectors.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into this agreement.
  • You agree to provide accurate contact, address, service-schedule, access, and cart information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account information current.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

3. Service Area

Our current initial service area is:

  • Denton, Texas
  • Argyle, Texas
  • Lantana, Texas

Service availability is subject to address confirmation. ReadyBinService may expand or modify its service areas over time.

4. Service Schedule

Service normally occurs once per week on your scheduled ReadyBin service day. That is the day ReadyBinService handles your carts. Municipal, district, or private-hauler pickup information you provide is used as scheduling context and does not mean ReadyBinService covers every collection day a hauler may run.

  • Set-out occurs before expected collection on your ReadyBin service day.
  • Return is intended later the same day after collection, subject to when the hauler completes pickup and to access, weather, safety, and other operational conditions.
  • ReadyBinService does not promise an exact municipal or hauler truck time.
  • Times are estimates and may vary because of collector schedules, traffic, weather, holidays, access conditions, or other operational circumstances.

ReadyBinService does not control city, district, municipal, or hauler collection schedules.

5. Customer Access Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide safe and reasonably unobstructed access to your carts;
  • provide accurate gate or access instructions where applicable;
  • keep the service path reasonably clear;
  • ensure the carts can legally and safely be moved to and from the curb;
  • update ReadyBinService if access conditions change.

ReadyBinService may delay or skip a visit when access is unsafe or not possible.

6. Animals and Pet Safety

Customers must keep dogs and other animals securely restrained and unable to access the operator or the service path during ReadyBinService visits.

If an animal is loose, or if ReadyBinService determines that access is unsafe, service may be delayed or skipped.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer is responsible for injuries or property damage caused by animals under the customer's ownership or control.

7. Carts and Customer Property

  • You are responsible for identifying the correct carts.
  • Please notify ReadyBinService of unusual or damaged carts.
  • ReadyBinService will use reasonable care while moving carts.
  • ReadyBinService is not responsible for normal wear or pre-existing damage.

8. Bin Location Photo

You may provide a photo showing where your carts are normally stored during signup or afterward in your account. Service cannot begin until a usable bin-location photo is on file. A photo is required before an account can be activated for service.

  • You confirm that you have the right to upload the image.
  • The photo is used to help ReadyBinService locate and service your carts.

9. Plan and Pricing

Current pilot plan: ReadyBin Standard, billed monthly. The current amounts are:

  • $44.99 per month;
  • one scheduled ReadyBin service day per week;
  • up to 2 standard municipal carts included;
  • $5 per additional standard cart per month;
  • automatic monthly renewal until you cancel renewal.

If pricing changes in the future, the pricing shown to you during signup or checkout controls.

10. Coverage Review and Payment

An account may be created before payment. Creating an account does not by itself activate paid service.

  • Address and coverage approval happen before Checkout.
  • Successful Stripe payment is required before service activation.
  • Payment status is visible in the customer portal Billing area.

11. Pause, Cancellation, and Refunds

You may cancel future renewal through the Billing control in your customer portal. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Service continues through the billing period you have already paid. An ordinary voluntary cancellation does not receive a prorated refund.

If a charge is incorrect or duplicated, or if ReadyBinService is unable to provide paid service, contact support. Those situations may be reviewed for an appropriate refund or service credit, subject to applicable law.

Pause requests are handled through support. Self-serve pause is not currently available.

12. Communications

ReadyBinService may send operational and service communications relating to:

  • rollout completion;
  • return completion;
  • account, coverage, or service issues;
  • authentication and billing notices.

SMS notifications are not currently sent. Marketing communications, if introduced, will use any consent required by applicable law and will remain separable from essential service communications.

13. Service Interruptions

ReadyBinService may delay or skip service due to:

  • unsafe conditions;
  • severe weather;
  • inaccessible carts;
  • loose animals;
  • collector schedule changes;
  • emergencies;
  • circumstances reasonably outside ReadyBinService's control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReadyBinService is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to These Terms

ReadyBinService may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the effective date. Additional notice will be provided when appropriate or required. If applicable law requires renewed consent, we will request it.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
